We are open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday - Saturday for any questions, concerns, and guidance you may need. Walk-ins are welcomed during office hours but an appointment is strongly encouraged.

Enrollment Requirements:

Court Documents (Referral, Minute Order, Sentencing Memoriam, or a Referral and Compliance Form)

DMV Documents ( Original Ticket, Pink Temporary License, Order of Suspension, of K-4 Driving Record)

Down Payment of $200 required
